Today the delegation of the Ministry of Urban Development headed by Deputy Minister Armen Ghularyan with accompany  of Republic of Armenia Builders Union and some construction companies has left for Artsakh in order to provide appropriate assistance for elimination of huge damages caused Artsakh  during the war unleashed by Azerbaijan on April 2-7, 2016.

The Ministry of Urban Development of the Republic of Armenia being in constant contact with the representatives of the Government of Nagorno Karabakh Republic pre-specified the list of materials in border areas needed for the reconstruction of devastated areas. The list was formed as a result of the assessment of damages.

Accordingly, more than 4,500 square meters of roof sheets (worth more than 14 million) has been moved to Artsakh by special trucks used for transporting high load building materials.

Note that the support organized by the Ministry of Urban Development of the RA and Armenia Builders Union for Artsakh war-torn regions and the settlements will be ongoing.
A lot of large and medium-sized construction companies have expressed their readiness and willingness to assist Artsakh in this difficult period and this operation will be regularly implemented through providing necessary building materials and construction machinery.
